Our Story 

Pelican Bayou Counseling Agency Inc. opened in 2015 with one goal in mind—to restore our community through quality behavioral and mental health services. When people, especially youth, suffer from behavioral and mental health issues, they may cope by acting out and falling into unhealthy lifestyles.

By giving children and families access to successful treatment plans, our city becomes a safer and happier place.
